At GPart, we are committed to providing a transparent, reliable, and customer-friendly shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions, process, and timelines for canceling placed orders.


1. When Can an Order Be Cancelled?

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • The order has not yet been confirmed or processed by the seller

  • The product has not yet entered the preparation or shipping stage

  • The cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order


2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, the customer must:

  1. Log in to their GPart account or send an email to the support team

  2. Provide the order number and reason for cancellation

  3. Wait for review and status confirmation by the support team

  4. Receive an official confirmation message via email or SMS


3. Order Cancellation by GPart or Seller

GPart or the seller may cancel the order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Technical error or incomplete order information

  • Payment verification failed

  • Suspicious activity or violation of terms of use

In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.


4. Possible Cancellation Charges

  • If the order is canceled before processing, there is no charge

  • If the product has entered the preparation stage, a handling fee may be applied

  • Bank transaction charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer


5. Refund After Cancellation

If the cancellation is approved:

  • The refund will be added to the user’s wallet on GPart

  • Upon request, it can be transferred to the registered bank account

  • Refund processing may take 3 to 10 business days, depending on the payment gateway
