At GPart, we are committed to providing a transparent and satisfying experience for all customers. This Return Policy sets out the conditions under which products may be returned, replaced, or exchanged.
A return is accepted under the following circumstances:
Product damaged during delivery
Wrong item received (in terms of model, quantity, or specifications)
Defective or non-functional parts
Mismatch between received product and the order details
Customer-initiated return within the legal time frame (unused, unopened)
To be eligible for return:
Product must be unused and in original condition
Seals and packaging must be intact (for non-defective returns)
Return request must be submitted within 7 working days of delivery
Invoice or proof of purchase is required
A written reason and images (in case of damage) must be submitted
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-ordered parts
Used products or those with broken seals
Products damaged due to improper use or installation
Fully delivered digital services
Hygiene-related items once opened
To return a product:
Submit a return request via your account or email
Include invoice number, reason for return, and proof (photo/video)
Repack the item securely and send it to the address provided by support
If the return is due to a seller error or confirmed issue, return shipping is covered by GPart. Otherwise, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return requests will be reviewed within 3 to 7 business days, and customers will be informed of the decision via email or message.
Upon approval, the item will be replaced or refunded as per the Refund Policy.
